Massatbayeva Aigerim is the founder and partner of the company, with over 15 years of experience as a business lawyer. She specializes in corporate law with a foreign element, international contract and labor law, as well as in business registration in Kazakhstan for both national and foreign companies. She is a member of the Chamber of Legal Consultants and holds a certificate for passing the AML/CFT testing and a certificate of tax expert.

Education
Aigerim Massatbaeva has a bachelor degree in international law from the Faculty of International Relations of the Kazakh National University, from which she graduated with honors in 2005. In 2009 she graduated from the University of Vienna, specializing in international law, LLM.
Professional experience
- 2005 completed an internship at the Tax Committee for the city of Almaty.
- Since 2005 started working at Kazakhstan Today Agency as a lawyer.
- In 2008, she began working at BTA Bank JSC as a lawyer for investment projects.
- Upon completion of studies in Austria in 2009. started working as a legal consultant at the international consulting company SCHNEIDER GROUP.
- Since 2010 began work in Sazonov's Law Office in Moscow, where the work was related to commercial arbitrations and foreign jurisdictions, including offshore zones.
- Since 2013 headed the legal and HR service in the international company G4S Kazakhstan, which has a staff of over 5,000 employees and more than 20 branches and representative offices.
- In 2018 started working at the international logistics company Universal logistics as head of legal and HR services.
- From 2019 to 2021, partner in the consulting company Salyqtez and at the same time an independent legal consultant.
- In 2021 she founded the law firm Qazlegal Consult, which provides legal services to Kazakh and foreign companies, as well as individuals in the field of business registration in Kazakhstan, corporate, contract, migration and labor law, as well as services for representation in court in civil and labor disputes.
