Re-registration of a legal entity (including LLP) is carried out on the following grounds:
- reduction of the authorized capital;
- change of name;
- change of participants in economic partnerships.
Change of legal address, increase of the authorized capital, inclusion of new types of activities in the founding documents, inclusion of information about operating branches and representative offices of a legal entity, or changes to the identity documents of company participants, are grounds for amending and/or supplementing the founding documents of the legal entity and/or notifying the authorized body. However, they are not grounds for re-registration of a partnership.
